My name is Mrs. Donovan

I grew up in Lynn. My son is a Sergeant in The Army National Guard and also a Fire Fighter. My daughter is a personal trainer and coach of “Cross Fit” Athletics and she is studying to be a nurse. My husband is named Jim and I have one dog named Vincent, one cat named Betty and a 3 foot long ball python snake named Sarge. I have been a teacher for almost 20 years. My teaching career began at Saugus High School, then I was a special education ELA teacher at Seem Collaborative, Middle School and also at Seem Collaborative High School. Then at Marshall, Breed and here at LEHS teaching special education ELA.

My education
At Lesley University I earned a bachelor’s degree in Early Child Hood /Special Education. After that, I earned a Master’s degree in Special Education for elementary school, middle school, and high school at Cambridge College. I went back to college and earned two advanced Master’s Degrees in secondary School Administration.
