What is Hood PTO??
The Hood School PTO is a group of parents/guardians and teachers who work together to provide educational & fun activities for the students at Hood. We are hoping to grow with many new parents.
You don't need to hold a position to be involved.
We welcome anyone!

Here are just a few of the events we help provide for during the school year:

  1. Educational Assemblies
  2. Field Trips
  3. Student Appreciation Day (Field Day)
  4. Teacher Appreciation Day
  5. Holiday Shoppe
  6. Grade 5 Dance
  7. Grade 5 & Kdg refreshments for graduation
  8. Dances
  9. Roller World Night
  10. Mc-Teachers Night

We also participate in the “box tops for education” & “funding factory recycle” (used ink cartridges & used old cell phones) & Campbell’s soup labels. These are all easy and simple programs we run all year long. You can also earn box tops for our school when you make online purchases through www.boxtops4education.com . There are over 100 online merchants that participate! Please pass the word to extended family & friends and ask them to save box tops, used ink and old cell phones. More information will follow regarding these programs.
