Welcome to the LPS New Teacher Induction Program

Welcome to the Lynn Public Schools Induction page. New teachers and their mentors are the lifeblood of our system.

Components of the Induction Program are mandated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The role of the Lynn Public School Department is to offer these components to new teachers and to those moving toward professional licensure in order to ease transitions and to ensure professional success. There is an Induction Coordinator for each grade span.  Please contact your grade level specific coordinator with any questions or concerns.
