All material is available for preview at your child’s school or in the Health Education Office at the School Administration Building

Much of the most recent research shows that children and adolescents are more likely to be “resilient”, that is a child or young adult who possesses problem-solving skills, social skills, autonomy and a sense of purpose and future, if there is input in educating them about wellness from the combined efforts of parents, school and the community.  I hope we can all work together to reach our common goal of teaching children to adopt and maintain healthy lifestyle behaviors so that each student can enjoy their life to the fullest.
