Welcome to Tracy Elementary!

Constructed in 1898, Tracy is one of the original schools in the city of Lynn and has a rich history as a close-knit, community that has grown to include nearly 380 students in grades 1-5 and over 50 staff members. Through a strong partnership with families, we strive to create meaningful learning experiences that foster the academic, social, and emotional skills that will allow our students to thrive in and out of the classroom.

As the Tracy principal, I look forward to September 4th when we will embark on a new school year featuring the theme: Soaring to New Adventures. Together we will uncover the joy and wonder that await.

Meet the Teachers Event
Families and students are invited to meet their teachers on Thursday, August 29th 2 – 3:00 p.m. in the Tracy schoolyard.
Backpacks will be distributed as well as school supplies and treats.
Snacks will be sold for $1.
First Day of School
The first day of school is Wednesday, September 4th. Cafeteria doors open at 7:45 a.m. for all students.
Students in grades 1 & 2 remain in the cafeteria until 8:15 a.m
Students in grades 3-5 will line up in their designated areas.
The school day hours are 8:15 - 2:15 p.m.
