Dear Families and Caregivers,
Due to the high temperatures expected on Tuesday, June 18th, Wednesday, June 19th, and Thursday, June 20th, and the fact that schools are closed on Wednesday, June 19 for the Juneteenth Holiday, as Superintendent and for the health and safety of all, I have decided to cancel school on Thursday, June 20th for all students and SCHOOL STAFF.
In an effort to support the community during this heat advisory, the City of Lynn will be hosting a cooling center for residents. Below are the times and locations available for cooling off.
- City Hall, Auditorium

Thursday, 8:30AM-4:00PM
- Splash pads are available at Kiley Park, Neptune Blvd Park, Barry Park, and Flax Pond Park
