Dear Lynn Public Schools Community,

It is an honor to serve as superintendent of Lynn Public Schools. I take on this role with deep gratitude for our educators, staff, families, and community partners whose daily commitment ensures that our students are seen, heard, supported, and inspired to achieve.

In times of transition, our greatest strength is our shared purpose. Together, we will continue to provide students with equitable access to exceptional learning experiences while nurturing the sense of belonging that makes Lynn so special.

My immediate priorities are to:

• ensure stability across our schools and central office;
• foster authentic relationships built on trust and transparency; and
• develop a strong family and community engagement plan that amplifies the diverse voices of those we serve.

Our work will remain guided by the district’s core values—Inclusiveness, Shared Responsibility, Collaborative Relationships, High Expectations, and Inspiring Lifelong Learning.

Through these values, and by leveraging our five priority areas, we will continue to strengthen the instructional core with cultural and linguistic responsive practices, elevate diverse educator excellence, expand access to innovative models, promote inclusion and belonging, and deepen a culture of shared accountability.

Together, we will continue to shape the future of Lynn Public Schools and prepare every student to embody our Portrait of a Graduate—critical thinkers and complex problem solvers, engaged global citizens, effective communicators, and lifelong learners driven by curiosity.
