Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year!  We are looking forward to sharing new learning experiences this school year. We have been busy planning, organizing, and meeting with educators and our PTO in preparation for the new school year.  Please be sure to look for our monthly “Bobcat Broadcast” that will give more detailed information about events and happenings in our school community.  This will include a PTO corner if you are looking for ways to get involved.  For more information, please contact our PTO at [email protected].

At Sewell Anderson, we are committed to the LPS values of inclusivity, shared responsibility, collaborative relationships (among students, staff, and families), holding high expectations and inspiring lifelong learners.  We do this inside and outside of the classroom.  We start each and every day with a morning message that highlights our values and give examples of what this might look like at school.  This year, we will do this in Lego and Robotics club as well as with our partnerships with “Girls on the Run” and Nature’s Classroom.  Our amazing support staff in addition to our classroom educators are dedicated to see students learn and grow academically, socially and in each of our core values.  I look forward to leading this learning for our staff and students as I start my second year as principal at Sewell Anderson.  Please know we welcome your thoughts!
