Alternative Transportation Request Forms

Alternative Request Forms are used to request your child is picked up and/or dropped off at an alternate address including before/after school programs, etc. 

Permission to exit

A permission to exit will give your child permission to exit the bus at their drop off location without an adult present. Please note that permission to exits do not carry over from previous years. Contact the transportation office for permission to exit forms.
